Step 1. Place the water tank carefully over your water line, making sure you have the desired location for the line.
Step 2. Fill the lower portion of the hole with 3/4" gravel. Make sure it is well packed. You may also use the QUIKRETE 55lb bags to fill this lower part of the hole if access to gravel is not an option......do not add water at this point.
Step 3. Fill the final 4 inches of the hole with QUIKRETE concrete mix. Just pour the QUIKRETE into the hole dry......do not add water at this point.
Step 4. Turn the water on and continue to pack the concrete down and up against the inner bead of the hole to ensure a good tight seal. Fill any cracks or small holes along the inner bead with concrete
Step 5. Continue to fill the tank with water until it is at least 4 inches above the top of the concrete and let it sit for at least 24 hours.
Step 6. After letting the concrete cure, pump all of the water out of tank, give it a rinse, and refill with fresh water.
